Terms


* A patch test must be carried out at Skin & Tonic at least 24 hours prior to your treatment. Anyone who has not had a treatment within the last 6 months must have a repeat patch test before his or her treatment. Failure to have a patch test will result in the Salon being unable to carry out the treatment and a 100% cancellation policy will apply.

* Bookings fees are required for all appointments.

* Booking fees are non-refundable. You are able to reschedule and carry over your booking fee as long as you give 48 hours' notice.

* If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may loose your appointment as well as your booking fee or it may be rescheduled.

* We operate a 48 hour notice reschedule/cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend your appointment or wish to reschedule, you must contact Skin & Tonic directly by phone or by email at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. Contact 01322 837210 or email: info@skinandtonicltd.com. If you fail to give 48 hours’ cancellation notice you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

* All gift vouchers are non-refundable, there is no cash alternative

* Gift Vouchers and pre-paid credit must be redeemed within 12 months of the date of issue. Failure to do so will render the gift voucher and credit invalid.

* Please note that treatments bought as gift vouchers are valued (for redemption purposes) at the price that was paid for them at the time of purchase. If the treatment price has increased since the voucher was purchased, the customer will need to make an additional payment at the time of the treatment to the value of the increase. This is due to additional costs we incur for Personal Protective Equipment, reduced capacity within the salon, plus natural product and equipment price increases.

* Gift voucher value can only be redeemed once

* If you partially use a gift voucher, the remaining value will stay valid until the expiry date shown on the voucher

* The management reserves the right to refuse entrance to anyone whom they deem unsuitable.

* Our Right to cancel. If a therapist is not available to carry out your treatments through circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative therapist. In unusual circumstances, we may need to cancel your booking. In the event that we cannot fulfil your appointment, we will contact you by telephone – where possible.

* Here at Skin & Tonic we strive to offer the best treatments possible, however, if we do not perform treatments or services to your standards please contact the salon within in 24 hours of your treatment for the salon to be able to assist any of your concerns, if the salon is closed please leave a message or email us and we will contact you as soon as possible.

* Our prices are subject to change without notice.
